RULES & REGULATIONS – VIBRANZ 2026

  1. All participants must comply with the code of conduct of CUTM and event-specific guidelines.
  2. Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
  3. Registration must be completed online/offline before the deadline. Incomplete or false information may lead to cancellation.
  4. Participants must meet event-specific eligibility criteria.
  5. Team members are collectively responsible for their conduct.
  6. Participants must report 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may be disqualified.
  7. Decisions made by judges and organizers are final and binding.
  8. Valid institutional ID cards are mandatory.
  9. Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, hazardous items, or offensive materials are strictly prohibited.
  10. All submissions must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
  11. Organizers are not responsible for technical failures, loss, or theft of personal belongings.
  12. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation.
  13. Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, or venues at any time.
